In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure that all vehicles are in safe and proper working condition, and that all maintenance and repair work is carried out according to schedule and to the highest standards.,Monitor and manage fuel consumption and costs, and ensure that all fuel purchases are made according to company policy and budget.,Schedule and assign drivers to vehicles, taking into account factors such as route, distance, and vehicle type.,Monitor and manage the performance of drivers, and provide feedback and training as needed to ensure that they are meeting company standards and regulations.,Ensure that all vehicles are compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and that all required documentation is up-to-date and accurate.,Work closely with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure that all fleet-related activities are properly coordinated and managed.,Provide regular reports and updates on fleet operations, including performance metrics, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to fleet operations.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.
