📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Assist in performance management, including goal setting and appraisals.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
