Warung Putri Spareparts is looking for a Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Bantul. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the success of learning and development initiatives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth,Develop and maintain learning and development metrics and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Fluency in Indonesian and English
