In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct training and development programs for employees.,Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.,Assist in the development and implementation of organizational strategies.,Provide HR support to management and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Certification in HR or related fields is a plus.
