Market Gold Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Lead Admin Cashier to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Monitor cash flow and ensure proper record-keeping.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Train and develop new cashier staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Assist in inventory management and restocking.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cashier or administrative roles.,Proven experience in managing cashier staff.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is a plus.,Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to financial transactions.
