📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and dining services.,Ensure that all staff members are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and order throughout the hotel.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the hotel meets its targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of new service initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
