📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and mailing.,Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients.,Manage office supplies and equipment.,Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms and other office spaces.,Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.,Assist with the organization of office events and activities.,Provide general support to the office staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with office software and equipment is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
