📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily maintenance and monitoring of palm oil plantations, including planting, pruning, and harvesting.
• Support the team in implementing sustainable farming practices and eco-friendly techniques.
• Monitor and record crop growth, pest and disease control, and other relevant agricultural data.
• Assist in the preparation and application of fertilizers and pesticides, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the plantation to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to agricultural activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of agricultural strategies and plans.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of farm activities, including the scheduling of tasks and the allocation of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in palm oil plantation management or a related agricultural field.
• Familiarity with sustainable farming practices and eco-friendly techniques.
• Knowledge of agricultural software and tools, such as AgriSoft, FarmLogs, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural regulations and standards.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate agricultural machinery.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
