Cafe Eko Auto Service is looking for a talented IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT security best practices and tools.,Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
