📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the remote team,Ensuring that all team members are meeting their targets and deadlines,Providing guidance and support to team members,Monitoring team performance and providing feedback,Managing team schedules and ensuring efficient use of resources,Handling any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Participating in team meetings and providing updates on team progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Ability to travel to the office when required
