📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets and exceed customer expectations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify new business opportunities.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
