📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintaining a clean and organized cashier area
  • Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff members
  • Monitoring and reporting cash discrepancies
  • Handling cash deposits and withdrawals
  • Ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the system

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
