PT Mineral Solutions Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quarry Industry Consultant to join our team in Pangkalpinang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert advice and guidance on quarry operations, including planning, design, and optimization.,Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Conduct risk assessments and develop health and safety plans to mitigate risks and ensure the well-being of employees and the environment.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community groups, to address environmental and social concerns.,Monitor and report on quarry performance, including production, costs, and environmental impact.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve quarry operations.,Provide training and support to junior staff and contractors on quarry operations, environmental management, and health and safety.,Develop and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in the quarry industry, with at least 5 years in a consulting or advisory role.,Strong knowledge of quarry operations, including blast design, excavation, and material handling.,In-depth understanding of environmental regulations and best practices, including those related to air, water, and soil quality.,Proven experience in health and safety management, including the development and implementation of health and safety plans.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
