📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons tailored to the needs of special needs students.,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.,Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to ensure students' needs are met.,Participate in school events and activities to support the overall development of special needs students.,Adhere to the school's policies and procedures to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.,Stay updated with the latest educational practices and technologies to enhance teaching methods.,Report any issues or concerns to the lead teacher or school administration promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Experience working with special needs students or in a similar capacity.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.,Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification to work with special needs students.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification.,Proven track record of success in supporting students with special needs.
