Overseeing the sales and operational activities of the assigned area,Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets,Managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their performance and development,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely restocking,Conducting regular market analysis and providing insights to the management,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the automotive spare parts industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and negotiation skills,Proficiency in using sales and management software,Understanding of market trends and customer needs,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
