📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in managing employee data and maintaining HR documents.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
