📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in Bali's market
• Identify and pursue high-value opportunities for our engineering consultancy and software solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform our business strategy and identify new opportunities
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with our team to ensure the successful delivery of engineering consultancy and software solutions projects
• Monitor and analyze business performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the engineering and software solutions sectors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the engineering and software solutions sectors, with a proven track record of success in this area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus
• Ability to travel to Bali and other locations as required
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
