📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the department.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
