📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the HR Director in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and conflict resolution.,Administer and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Support the HR Director in managing the company's benefits and compensation programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR metrics and reporting systems.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and growing organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
