PT Giri Maju is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Learning Development to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training programs to improve employee knowledge and skills.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using HRIS and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
