In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Machine Operator in maintaining and operating the ship's machinery, ensuring the smooth operation of the vessel. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Machine Operator in the daily operation and maintenance of the ship's machinery.,Monitor and record the performance of the ship's machinery, ensuring it operates within safe and efficient parameters.,Perform routine inspections and repairs on the ship's machinery, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.,Assist in the preparation of the ship for departure, including checking and testing the machinery and equipment.,Participate in emergency response procedures and drills, ensuring the safety of the crew and passengers.,Maintain accurate records of machinery performance, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the training and development of new crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in the maritime industry.,Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of ship's machinery, including engines, boilers, and auxiliary systems.,Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) or equivalent certification.,Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, as required.
