📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Support the HR Manager in other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
