Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms,Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize strategies,Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms,Manage and grow our social media following,Conduct social media audits and provide recommendations for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management,Proven track record of creating engaging content and growing social media following,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Proficiency in social media analytics tools,Familiarity with graphic design software is a plus
