📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and staff supervision.,Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards.,Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and counseling to customers.,Overseeing the preparation and distribution of medications.,Conducting training and development programs for junior staff.,Managing the pharmacy's budget and financial planning.,Ensuring the pharmacy's cleanliness and safety standards are met.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with pharmacy management software is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language fluently.
