Duta Lestari Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of supplies, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and ordering of medical supplies and equipment.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and maintain supplier files.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Monitor and analyze purchasing trends to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.
