📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales promotion team, ensuring all promotions are executed effectively and efficiently.,Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and sales.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, and other departments to ensure seamless promotion execution.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Ensure all promotions comply with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Attend and participate in team meetings and company events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales promotion or a related field.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and customer engagement.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
