📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, design, and construction of new facilities and infrastructure.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of site engineers, technicians, and other staff.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all personnel.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in site engineering.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in site engineering.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
