📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions,Facilitate training sessions and workshops,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using learning management systems,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English
