As an Operational Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and facility maintenance.
Manage a team of 10-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the venue.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and supplies.
Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, such as court utilization and customer satisfaction.
Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality, sports, or retail industry.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of CRM systems.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
