As the Organizational Knowledge Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and share best practices, lessons learned, and critical processes. You will implement and maintain a robust knowledge management system using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and other enterprise-level platforms. Your insights will help streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify, capture, and document institutional knowledge from employees, processes, and projects.
• Create and maintain a user-friendly knowledge repository using Confluence, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions, workshops, and training programs to ensure widespread adoption.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge management system, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate knowledge management practices into the overall business strategy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in knowledge management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on knowledge management principles and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in knowledge management, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Certification in knowledge management (e.g., CKM, CKMS) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing knowledge management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level knowledge management tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and other relevant platforms.
