Up Crystal Indonesia is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials at competitive prices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to track spending and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to meet their material needs and support overall business objectives.,Participate in procurement team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
