📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production of paper cups and paper bowls, ensuring that quality standards are met.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring that targets are met.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product quality.,Train and mentor production staff, ensuring that they understand and follow safety procedures and production standards.,Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials are available when needed.,Investigate and resolve production issues, ensuring that they do not impact production schedules or product quality.,Maintain a safe and efficient workplace, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed.,Report on production performance and quality metrics to management.
