CV Sinergi Luhur is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Blora. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
