    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cost management for MEP projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and cost estimation techniques.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of relevant cost management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
