  • Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring high quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure best practices are followed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing software engineering teams.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development principles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
