In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Assist in the organization and execution of store promotions and events.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and customer expectations.
