ECHO Corporindo is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team in Tenggarong. This is an immediate opening and we are seeking a motivated individual to help us maintain and grow our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and a passion for retail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and purchases.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store.,Stock and organize merchandise according to company standards.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Work with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of the store for opening and closing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
