NS BlueScope is seeking a Site Operations Executive to lead our Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.,Provide leadership and guidance to the HSE team, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.,Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics, and develop strategies to improve outcomes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HSE issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, and promote sustainable practices.,Conduct training and awareness programs to educate employees on HSE best practices.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.,Proven track record of successfully implementing HSE programs and improving performance metrics.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience in environmental management and sustainability initiatives is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
