📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging product opportunities.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms and secure product offerings.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Assist in the development and execution of seasonal promotions and campaigns.
- Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in merchandising and planning.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising and planning, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle would be an advantage.
- Certification in merchandising or retail management is a plus.
