📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO, HACCP, and local healthcare laws.
• Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient service delivery.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and healthcare partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the healthcare industry.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
