In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships that drive social impact and sustainable growth. You'll work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including local governments, NGOs, and private sector partners, to implement initiatives that address key challenges in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local governments, NGOs, and private sector organizations to drive community development initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage partnerships to ensure alignment with the Foundation's mission and goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and trends.
• Organize and facilitate partnership meetings, workshops, and events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure they are delivering the desired impact.
• Develop and implement communication and marketing strategies to promote partnership initiatives and engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement programs that address social and environmental challenges in Bali.
• Represent the Foundation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and advance the organization's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development, partnership management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of local government structures and processes in Bali.
• Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships with governments, NGOs, and private sector organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
