As a Formulation Scientist, you will play a crucial role in the formulation and optimization of drug products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and market demands.

In this role, you will work closely with a team of experts to design, develop, and test new formulations using advanced laboratory equipment and software such as HPLC, DSC, and LabVIEW. Your daily tasks will include conducting stability studies, troubleshooting formulation issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative pharmaceutical solutions to market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations using advanced laboratory techniques and software.
• Conduct stability studies to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot formulation issues and implement corrective actions to improve product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, engineers, and regulatory affairs, to drive product development.
• Analyze and interpret data from laboratory tests to support formulation decisions.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in pharmaceutical formulation.
• Mentor and train junior team members on formulation techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as HPLC, DSC, and other analytical tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
