As a Housekeeping Executive, you'll be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You'll work closely with facility managers and other departments to ensure that all cleaning schedules are met and that any issues are addressed promptly. With a strong background in housekeeping and a passion for maintaining high standards of hygiene, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across healthcare and commercial facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Seminyak.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet facility-specific requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with facility managers and other departments to address any cleaning issues or concerns.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and restocked.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and report on cleaning performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in healthcare and commercial facilities.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning protocols and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning software and tools, such as SAP Hygiene Management System.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or a related field is a plus.
