📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events and programs, including workshops, retreats, and corporate wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution, from logistics and vendor management to participant engagement.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote our programs and attract participants.
• Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency while delivering high-quality experiences.
• Leverage our AI platform to personalize event experiences and enhance participant outcomes.
• Gather and analyze event feedback to continuously improve our offerings and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and mental wellness.
• Represent Huggy Wellness at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and management, with a strong track record of successful event execution.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in event planning software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Understanding of mental wellness and a passion for creating meaningful, impactful experiences.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
