📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the e-commerce division.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor and optimize cash flow to support the company's financial goals.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on e-commerce or retail.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
