In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, production, and distribution. As the Head of Logistics Department, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP ERP and other logistics software.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production department to ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in managing inventory and supply chain operations using SAP ERP.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of logistics software such as Microsoft Excel, SAP ERP, and other relevant tools.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
