📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the internal audit team, overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of audit activities.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Identify risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to improve financial governance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit findings and monitor progress.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to the audit committee and management.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all audit activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong background in agribusiness or a related industry.
• Professional certification in internal auditing, such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Proficient in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
